A beautifully shot peek under the covers of sexy, gritty adolescence. A young woman lives with her father in a small flat packed with knicknacks...and kittens. She's the linchpin of the family, doing the groceries, fending off unsympathetic neighbours and dreaming of nights out with her best friend. This short film follows one such night - a teenage exploration of dancing and drinking that spirals into something more sinister and coercive. It's gorgeously shot and unafraid to look at the ambiguities of what could euphemistically be called romance.
