I am putting links here for Womens Aid UK and Rape Crisis as well as the Refuge page on coercive control. Check out the UK government's statutory guidance on the crime of coercive control and here is an important recent amendment which is also worth reading - in fact that entire section of the govt site is very useful. The charity Rights of Women has an excellent overview of victims' legal rights and options and is a great place to start.
If you are a victim, survivor, witness or investigator of domestic abuse, coercive control, abusers' and perpetrators' tactics and other crimes and forms of abuse, you may find the reading list below helpful.
You can also Google the following terms and go down a skin-crawling rabbit hole: narcissistic abuse, narcissistic sociopath, sociopathic abuse, dark triad, narcissistic personality disorder.
